2 Layers Prefinished Parquet is a stratified floor, consisting of a thin upper layer of noble wood (with a nominal thickness between 3 and 4 mm), glued on a wooden support (Birch or Poplar or Fir or Larch or other) .
2 Layers Prefinished Parquet has the characteristic of being immediately walkable and ready for installation, because, being already treated with more or less glossy paints, hardened with UV rays in the production phase, it does not require spot boring or painting.
The interlocking tapped boards, with thicknesses ranging from 10 to 12 mm, have different formats and sizes: Classic, Maxi and Superior Lamparquet.
For its resistance to abrasion and wear and to its ease of installation, 2 Layers Prefinished Parquet is suitable for flooring any type of environment subject to heavy traffic, such as homes, commercial areas, offices, studios, hotels, shops. and gyms.

2 Layers Prefinished Parquet can be glued or nailed (for big planks from width 120 mm)
Prefinished Parquet must be laid on consistent, stable, dry and well-leveled substrates with two-component or one-component polyurethane adhesives, suitable for the type of wood species and its format.
For floating installation it is advisable to use a cushioning mat of polyurethane foam or a vapor barrier (in case of rising damp) between the substrate and the floor.
Before stepping on the Solid Wood Parquet, it will therefore be necessary to wait about 24 hours, to avoid damaging the perfect settling of the wood.
